데이터 삭제 안내

앱 내에서 삭제하기

  1. 앱을 실행하고 Google Play Games 로그인을 확인합니다.
  2. 타이틀 화면에서 설정 버튼을 누릅니다.
  3. 데이터 삭제 버튼을 누릅니다.
  4. 확인 팝업에서 네를 선택하면 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

앱을 삭제한 경우

앱을 이미 삭제하셨다면 아래 이메일로 데이터 삭제를 요청해주세요.

요청 시 Google Play Games 계정 정보를 함께 보내주시면 빠르게 처리됩니다.

삭제되는 데이터

게임 진행 데이터(레벨, 경험치, 코인, 최고 점수, 보유 캐릭터), 클라우드 저장 데이터, Firebase 계정 정보가 모두 삭제됩니다. 삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

Data Deletion

Delete from the App

  1. Open the app and sign in with Google Play Games.
  2. Tap the Settings button on the title screen.
  3. Tap the Delete Data button.
  4. Select Yes on the confirmation popup to delete all data.

If You Uninstalled the App

If you have already uninstalled the app, please request data deletion via email.

Data That Will Be Deleted

All game progress (level, XP, coins, best score, owned characters), cloud save data, and Firebase account information will be permanently deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
